In her previous role as a family solicitor, Juliette specialised in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce and separation issues, property, finances, cohabitation disputes and all aspects of children matters. She helped set up the family department at one of London’s leading media law firms and acted for a number of high-profile clients and celebrities, often dealing with complex and high asset divorces and the legal issues associated with them. Juliette has a wealth of experience in law, having worked for some of London’s top tier firms for fifteen years.

Having witnessed first-hand the benefits of mediation as a way of resolving family matters, Juliette trained as a mediator and has practised exclusively as a family mediator since 2017, working with clients in Tunbridge Wells and London. She is an accredited mediator with the Family Mediation Council.

I would like to thank you for the time you have spent in achieving in 4 hours, what we never achieved in 4 months. I think it is by far a much better process than solicitors and court.

I honestly feel that we now have a good chance of proceeding in an amicable way that hopefully in time will become a friendship with the children at its core. I do not think we would have achieved this through solicitors, and feel huge gratitude for your patience and gentleness.
