WFM is committed to support families in the transition to having parents who live apart. For some, this is an easy transition and for others this may be more of a challenge. For some, the natural collaboration as separated parents works easily, and for others it can be very hard.
Where there is demand, we run workshops to look at the wider issues surrounding family breakdown. These may address the personal journey of recovery from relationship breakdown, or they may address the children’s needs from parents who live apart.
These workshops have been run over many years, in collaboration with professionals from a range of backgrounds, including those who are therapists, child counsellors and parenting experts.
We run them at cost and they are not profit-making.
